Is This Session Right For You?

Designed for People New to Colonics

No experience necessary. If any of these sound like you, this session was built with you in mind.

Curious but Cautious

You've heard about colon hydrotherapy and want a calm, unrushed introduction with a therapist who explains every step before it happens.

Seeking a Gentle Reset

You're looking for support with a gentle internal cleansing β€” not a clinical procedure β€” as part of your self-care practice.

Feeling Heavy or Sluggish

Bloating, discomfort, or that heavy "stuck" feeling. You want to feel lighter, clearer, and more comfortable in your body again.

Already Wellness-Minded

You invest in clean eating, movement, and mindfulness β€” and want to add professional internal wellness to your routine.

What to Expect

Your First Visit, Step by Step

We build in extra time so nothing feels rushed. Plan for approximately 60–75 minutes total.

Extended Health Consultation

You'll complete a health history form and sit down with Jenna to review it together. We discuss your goals, any health concerns, medications, and what brought you in. This is your time to ask every question on your mind β€” nothing is off limits.

Studio Tour & Equipment Walkthrough

You'll see the private treatment room, restroom, and the closed-system equipment up close. We explain exactly how water flows, what the speculum looks like, and how you'll be covered and comfortable the entire time. Zero surprises.

Gentle, Therapist-Guided Session

Jenna stays with you the entire time, adjusting water temperature and flow to your comfort. You can pause or stop at any point β€” you are always in control. Most clients describe it as strange at first but not painful, and much easier than expected.

Personalized Aftercare

Take your time in the private restroom. We review hydration, food suggestions, and whether follow-up sessions make sense for your goals. You leave with clear, written aftercare guidelines and zero pressure to book again.

The Technology

How the Closed System Works

We use an FDA-registered closed system β€” the gold standard in modern colon hydrotherapy. Warm, triple-filtered water flows gently into the colon while you remain modestly draped on a comfortable treatment bed.

Waste is carried away through a sealed, illuminated viewing tube β€” so there is no odor and no mess. You never leave the bed, and your therapist monitors the entire process, checking in regularly and adjusting flow as needed.

Every speculum and tube is brand new, single-use, and disposed of after your session. We never reuse equipment that touches a client. The system is medical-grade and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.

The SoCal Colonics Difference

Why First-Time Clients Choose Us

Education Before Everything

We explain every step before it happens. You'll never feel blindsided or pressured. Understanding the process is part of the experience β€” it's why our first-time clients leave feeling empowered, not just treated.

Your Pace, Your Comfort

Water flow, timing, temperature, and breaks are all adjusted to you. You have a voice the entire time. One word and we pause, adjust, or stop. Your body, your boundaries β€” always.

Truly Private Experience

Appointment-only studio. No waiting room, no other clients in the building. You're draped for modesty, and the closed system contains everything. Designed to feel like a spa, not a clinic.

No-Pressure Follow-Up

We'll honestly discuss whether additional sessions could benefit you, but there's never any sales pitch. Some clients come monthly, others come once and feel great. Both are welcome.

Before You Arrive

Preparing for Your First Appointment

Hydrate Well

Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your session. Well-hydrated tissue responds better and makes the experience more comfortable.

Eat Light

Aim for light, easy-to-digest meals the day of your visit. Avoid heavy, greasy, or gas-producing foods. A simple salad, soup, or fruit works well.

Allow Downtime After

Plan a calm schedule afterwards. Most people feel great immediately, but your body is processing. A quiet evening lets you fully integrate the experience.

Bring Your Questions

Write down anything you want to ask. No question is too basic or too awkward. This session was designed for questions β€” we want you 100% informed.

Common Questions

First-Time Client FAQ

No. Most clients describe mild pressure or a "full" sensation, but not pain. Water flow is always adjusted to your comfort, and you can pause or stop at any time. First-time clients are often surprised at how gentle the process actually is.
No. The closed system is completely sealed β€” waste travels through an enclosed tube directly to the drain. There is no exposure to air, so there is no odor in the treatment room.
Most people feel lighter, more relaxed, and pleasantly "reset." Some notice improved clarity, reduced bloating, and better energy. Occasionally clients feel mildly tired β€” this is normal and usually passes within a few hours. We recommend hydrating well and eating light for the rest of the day.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. You'll be provided a drape and will be modestly covered throughout the entire session. There is a private restroom to change if needed.
That depends entirely on your goals. Some clients benefit from a single session. Others find that a series of 3–6 sessions over several weeks provides deeper results. We'll discuss this honestly after your first visit β€” there is never any pressure to commit to more.
Colon hydrotherapy is not appropriate for everyone. Conditions including active inflammatory bowel disease, recent abdominal surgery, severe cardiac conditions, and pregnancy are among the contraindications. We review your health history before every session and will advise you honestly. Always consult your physician if you have questions.
